ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 28.02.2014 in W.P.No.6163 of 2014, directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.10.2013 positively in the light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Punjab and Others vs. Chaman Lal Goyal (1995) 2 SCC 570 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent has not chosen to pass orders within the

specified time, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that respondent has complied with the order of this Court. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 11.03.2015.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed.
