This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.06.2022. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.No.G3/CM Cell/3762553/2022 and it was closed on 16.06.2022. 3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If the petitioner wants to safeguard her right, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court and work out her remedy in accordance with law.
