The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to provide Educational Loan to the petitioner for sum of Rs.5,70,000/- as per the Bonafide cum Expenditure Certificate dated 18.07.2013 issued by the Hindustan College of Technology and Science.
