Pursuant to the compromise reached before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.25 Lakhs to the credit of the above suit towards the first installment as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 3rd October 2018 made in Civil Appeal No.8029 of 2010. The order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court also permits the respondents therein viz., the applicants herein to withdraw the sum of Rs.25 Lakhs proportionally.

2. I have heard Mr.A.R.Nixon, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

3. In all there are 5 petitioners who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by the order dated 03.10.2018, this application is allowed. The Registry is directed to pay out the sum of Rs.25 Lakhs at Rs.5 Lakhs each to all the five applicants. 14.08.2019 dsa http://www.judis.nic.in
