This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2015 made to respondent immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.N.Chinnaraj,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 07.05.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
