Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.HEMA SAMBATH, Senior Counsel for MR.P.GAJENDRA BABU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.C.JAGADEESH, Advocate for the 1st & 2nd respondents and of MR.S.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the 3rd respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] By earlier order dated 13.07.2020, this Court granted an order of status quo while calling for the records and the appeal was directed to be posted for final disposal. But the same has not been taken up till now.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent is the senior citizen.

In such view of the matter, status quo already granted shall continue till the disposal of the appeal and this miscellaneous petition is disposed of.

Registry is directed to post the appeal for final hearing on 26.07.2021.
