This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 296 days to file set aside petition in A.S.No.315 of 2015 on the file of this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has purposely not to proceed the case. To drag on the proceedings he filed the above petition, hence he raised strong objection, and prays to dismiss the petition.
4. The petitioner appeared in person along with their respective counsel and prays to allow this petition.

5. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, and considering the age of the petitioner, the delay of 296 days in filing application for set aside is condoned.
