When this Court expressed its mind that the nature of relief that has been sought for by the petitioner is not a personal grievance of the petitioner and it involves public interest since according to the petitioner, the assignment has been made to undeserving persons, the petitioner, at the best, can only file a Public Interest Litigation. The learned counsel sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition in order to work out the remedy in accordance with law and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
