Crl.O.P.No.5447 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, The petitioner was arrested for the alleged offences under Section 6(4), 6(2),(3) of Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order 1982 read with 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Essential commodities Act, 1955.

2. Considering the huge quantity of PDS rice illegally transported by this petitioner in connivance with the other accused, this bail petition is dismissed in view of the fact that the enquiry not yet completed.
