(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 465, 468, 471, 506(i) of I.P.C. in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail.
