2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu died in an accident and a case has been registered in Crime No.236 of 2018 on 27.06.2018. He further submitted that the body was also identified.

4.In such view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
