ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the list published by the respondent on 20.11.2019 wherein the petitioner was found to be ineligible for participating in the selection.
2. The first respondent had issued a notification calling for applications for appointment to various posts. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner had also submitted her application for selection for the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil). The petitioner was allowed to take the written examination. Thereafter, she was asked to participate in the certificate verification. The petitioner submitted all her certificates. It was found that the petitioner had undergone Post Graduation and B.Ed course simultaneously during the year 2007-2008. The candidature of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the petitioner cannot undergo these two courses simultaneously since it is a disqualification for considering the candidature.
3. Heard Mr. S. Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs. V. Annalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. It is clear from the records that the petitioner had undergone the Post Graduation as well as B.Ed course simultaneously. This is a clear dis-qualification for a candidate to be considered for selection. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the proceedings of the first respondent disqualifying the petitioner from further selection.
5. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar bga To
