The present application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the original petition as detailed in the Judges Summons consequentially direct the Registry to carry out the same in the decree of this Hon'ble Court in O.P.No.514 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.2050 of 2025 in O.P.No.514 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.

3. Necessary amendments shall be carried out by 30.04.2025.

4. After carrying out the necessary amendments, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy, indicating the amendment.
