ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to investigate the complaint in Crime No.88 of 2015 and to file a Final Report pending on his file and subsequently, direct them to furnish the assets belonging to the second respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has preferred a complaint before the first respondent police as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
against one R.V.Narmadha, the second respondent herein and the complaint given by the petitioner was taken together in Crime No.88 of 2015 which was already pending before EOW-II. But, till date, final report was not filed in the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in respect of the case in Crime No.88 of 2015, this Court has already given direction in various Crl.O.Ps. filed by different victims to expedite the investigation and file final report. Hence, there is no need to give any specific direction in this matter.
4. Since already this Court has given direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2015 and file final report, I am of the opinion, that itself would suffice and there is no need for this Court to give any further direction in this matter.
5. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
