This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reimburse the entire medical expenses of Rs.2,44,047/- incurred by the petitioner for brain operation together with interest. 2/4
2. Heard Mr.V.Ravikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.T.Shanmugam, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs) has been already settled by the United India Insurance Company and the same has been credited into the petitioner's bank account vide UTR No.23376947185 dated 7/6/2023.
4. Submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.
5. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 3/4/2025 mvs.
