Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records on the file of the 1st respondent relating to the impugned Government Order in G.O.M.S.No.218, dated 26.11.2015 and the recruitment Notification issued by the 2nd respondent in Notification No.32/2019, dated 18.11.2019 and quash the same in as much as it requires a pass in Tamil as one of the Languages in Higher Secondary Public Examination and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to do the selection process in accordance with law by including the petitioner in the selection process and consequently consider and appoint the petitioner to the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in accordance with her position in merit.
