ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs against the dismissal of their application in I.A.No.495 of 2015 in O.S.No.191 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Dharmapuri, dated 05.08.2015.

2. The petitioners herein had filed an application in I.A.No.495 of 2015 in O.S.No.191 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Dharmapuri, under Order 14 Rule 5(2) and Section 151 of CPC to delete the additional issue namely, "whether the suit is maintainable without the relief of declaration." The learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri has dismissed the said petition by the order dated 2/4

05.08.2015. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioners/plaintiffs have filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs has submitted that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the suit by decreeing the same and hence, he requests to close this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
