ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.39120 of 2016, by order dated 09.11.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 09.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader (Forest) appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and that the respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
