PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22474 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 in Clause (a) at para no.7 is concerned that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition since he is unable to generate funds to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) and seeks modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), however, submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to A1 on the condition to deposit Rs.25,00,000/- and directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs).

4. This court is of the view that the petitioner had not made out any ground for modification of the condition imposed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4
