This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to consider the email dated 02.02.2024 and undertaking executed by the petitioner and consequently allow the petitioner to join duty and to continue the post-graduation course and medicine with any reasonable conditions.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the email dated 02.02.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
