ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Extension of Time", the learned counsel for revision petitioner/plaintiff submitted that at the time of advancing arguments on the side of plaintiff, the

defendants came forward with the new application under Order 11 Rule 14 of C.P.C. and the same was also taken on file by the trial court in I.A.No. 4 of 2026, but the fact reveals that the revision petitioner/plaintiff in O.S.No.154 of 2014 is aged about 84 years. Therefore, the trial judge is directed to proceed with the case and dispose the interlocutary application as well as the suit within the end of April 2026. Both parties are directed to co-operate with the trial proceedings.
