This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent as a respondent No.3 in the present writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title and list the WP.No.3164/2018, after two weeks.

3. Issue notice to the newly impleded respondent [R3], returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
