(DP) No. 196 dated 18.07.2017 on the file of the third respondent herein and quash the portion of the order namely there is no rule provision for sanction of interest for terminal benefits other thatn DCRG benefits and direct the respondents to pay compound interest at the rate of 12% per annum on Rs.2,51,623/- namely the amount paid belatedly after a period of 19 years in the year 2015.
