This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to set aside the order dated 05.02.2020 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.180 of 2020 and modify the condition by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was accused of the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(i), 427, 353 and 346 of IPC in Crime No.221 of 2019 of the Kottapatti Police Station and they were granted anticipatory bail.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after completing the conditions for two months, the petitioner moved the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.180 of 2020, for relaxation and the learned Sessions Judge has modified the condition vide order dated 05.02.2020 and directed the petitioner to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Omalur, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is native of Pottampatti within the jurisdiction of the respondent police and to comply the conditions he may travel more than 120 Kms., every day. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this condition may be suitably modified. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Harur, Dharmapuri District, weekly twice i.e., every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner may move the learned Sessions Judge for further relaxation if he is so desirous.
5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
