(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Mr.Justice R.SUBRAMANIAN) We do not see any ground for review. All that we have done is, to follow the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Food Corporation of India's case [Food Corporation of India Staff Union vs. Food Corporation of India and others, reported in 1995 Supp (1) SCC 678] and suggested a method by which a system of sole bargaining or collective bargaining should be adopted. The review petitioner wants to re-argue the entire writ petition in the guise of a Review. Hence, this Review petition is rejected.
