ORDER
This civil revision petition is filed against an order dated 15.09.2014 in I.A. No. 1116 of 2013 in O.S. No.231 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.L.Sweethi, learned counsel representing Mr. S.Ramesh Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, seeks time to get instructions on the later position of the matter.
3. Ms.S.Kavya, learned counsel represents Mr.P.Kamesh Kumar, counsel for the third respondent is present. However, on verification of the e-court website, it is found that the main suit in O.S. No.231 of 2013 itself has been disposed of by an order dated 29.08.2018 by the learned learned District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam and nothing survives further to be decided in this civil revision petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having 2/4
become infructuous. No costs.
