JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is preferred against the order dated 04.11.2019 made in W.P.No.21173 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been informed that the matter has been resolved and in the letter dated 23.08.2021 addressed to the appellant, it has been stated as follows:- With reference to the above, in pursuance of interim order dated 28.04.2021 & 18.08.2021 issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in W.A.No.616 of 2020 and your representation letter dated 05.05.2021 & 11.05.2021, it is informed that your Revised Bond is accepted subject to the final outcome of the W.A.No.616 of 2020.

Further, it is informed that all your original certificates will be retained in the institution till the completion of compulsory bond service.

This is for your information.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant also submitted that the aforesaid order is agreeable to the appellant.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal and the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
