ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.02.2014 and made in W.P.No.5921 of 2014.

2.This Court, vide order dated 27.02.2014 made in W.P.No.5921 of 2014, directed the first respondent to

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2013, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.42, Educational Department, dated 10.01.1969, G.O.Ms.No.1023 and G.O.Ms.No.1024, Educational Department, dated 09.12.1993 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The said order has not been complied with, within the specified time. Hence, this Contempt petition.

3.When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the said order has been complied with, by passing necessary orders.

4.Since the order has been complied with, now nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
