(CRIME NO. 629 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner report before the respondent Police Station, Every Wednesday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.25718/2021 on 03.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25718 of 2021 dated 03.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
