This Petition has been filed to bring on record the 2nd petitioner herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant Uthirapathy and rank her as petitioner 2 / appellant 2 in CMP.No.297 of 2013 in SA.NO.1836 of 1999.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and also considering the submissions made, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above second appeal.

5. Post the case on 22.04.2025.
