This petition has been filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the Calender Case in C.C.No.292 of 2024 pending on the file of the II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act,

Chennai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai District, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.292 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
