When the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21947 of 2010, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 30.01.2014, has been duly complied with by the respondents

and to that effect, he has also placed on record the order passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.76, Education Department, dated 10.04.2015.
