Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1067 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and reporting before the Investigating Officer, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that reporting once in a week instead of twice in a week at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Saturday is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
