(CRIME NO.877 & 876 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.Nos.20370 & 20374/2021 dated 29.10.2021 as direct the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this court against the petitioner. (Crl.M.P.Nos.3328 & 3330 of 2022) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions in Crl.O.P.Nos.20370 & 20374 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. The petitioner herein was granted anticipatory bail on 29.10.2021 and he has not complied the condition. But he has filed two petitions to relax the condition.

4. This Court, on considering the reason stated by the petitioner herein finds that, they are not genuine and after enjoying the interim protection, the petitioner has not dare to comply the order of this Court, for nearly three months and has come before this Court after sensing that, the police may take action against him. The violation of the condition cannot take advantage of it and come to the Court leisurely seeking relaxation.
5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, anticipatory bail granted will cancel for non-compliance of the condition.
