O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent, i.e., the Assistant Engineer (TANGEDCO), to consider his representation dated 11.10.2021 and also to cancel the order dated 07.10.2021.

2. Since order dated 07.10.2021 is not challenged, as such, the request of the petitioner for grant of the same cannot be entertained. However, the petitioner would submit that his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation as aforesaid is comprehensive and also encompasses his grievances as against order dated 07.10.2021 and he would rest content, if there were a direction to R-2 to consider and dispose the same in light of the principles of natural justice.

M/s.Keerthana R.Shenoi for Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not express any objection for the above request made on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, acceding to the request, a direction is issued to R-2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.10.2021 and hear him, including in regard to his grievances, as regards order dated 07.10.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law and Rules and Regulations, within a period of six weeks from today.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed as above. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
