Present revision has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 24.07.2015 made in I.A.No.124 of 2015 in O.S.No.140 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tiruchengode.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
