This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent i.e., C. Subbarayan.

2. The learned counsel for the proposed parties / R3 to R6 has no objection.

3. Recording the above, this petition is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are dead and their legal heirs are to be brought on record.

5. List the matter after three weeks to enable the learned counsel to bring their legal heirs on record.
