The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Government have filed a Special Leave Petition against the order dated W.P.No.33946 of 2014 dated 14.02.2017. The Hon'ble Supreme Court admitted the Special Leave Petition

and converted it as Civil Appeal.

In view of the pendency of the Civil Appeal before the Supreme Court, we close the contempt petition with liberty to the petitioners to move this Court depending upon the orders to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
