O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order 1/3

passed by this Court on 22.02.2022 in W.P.No.20627 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that the survey has been conducted in the presence of the parties and based on the said survey, there is no encroachment as alleged.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that without verifying the documents produced by the Petitioner, the authorities have come to the aforesaid conclusion.

4. Since the decision has been taken by the Respondent pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 22.02.2022, we find that no contempt is made out.

5. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. We make it very clear that if the Petitioner has got any grievance, it is open to him to redress the same, in the manner known to law. [S.V.N,J.,] [S.S.K,J.,] 27.06.2023 arr 2/3
