Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents/contemnors stated before this Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a proposal has been sent to the Government and rules were amended and in pursuant to the amendment of rules, the petitioner has been appointed as System Analyst in the respondent Department.
