ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 08.09.2021 preferred by the petitioner and take action on it.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.09.2021 was enquired and it was closed holding it as a family dispute.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner yet.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order and on such furnishing of closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
