ORDER

By the earlier orders, this Court recorded the compromise between the respondent/complainant and the petitioner/accused in this case, whereby, part payments have been made. As per the earlier orders, today, the final installments of Rs.2,25,000/- is handed over to the learned Counsel for the respondent/complainant by way of D.D.No.546974, dated 17.07.2024 drawn on City Union Bank, Singanallur, Coimbatore and the same is accepted by the learned Counsel for the respondent/complainant.

2. In view thereof, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The conviction and sentence imposed vide judgment, dated 27.11.2017 in C.C.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore and confirmed vide judgment, dated 18.09.2019 in Crl.A.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore 3/6
