The petitioners/Appellants have filed this petition to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the petition to restore S.A.No.1074 of 2001.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
