Prayer: Appeal Suit filed under Section 96 of CPC r/w Order 41, Rule 1 of CPC to direct the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as maintenance from the date of the suit by setting aside the Judgment and Decree of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore in O.S.No.20 of 2013 dated 22.08.2017 in respect of awarding maintenance of a sum of Rs.3,500/- to the 1st plaintiff and a sum of Rs.3,500/- to the 2nd plaintiff in total a sum of Rs.7,000/- alone. For Appellants : Mrs.Kalpana For Respondent : No Appearance JUDGEMENT The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made, the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.267 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
