Crl.M.P.No.8020 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.783 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY.J., The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.A.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, dated 18.09.2019 confirming the judgment passed in C.C.No.7 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.1 at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore dated 27.11.2017, pending revision.

2. In spite of the opportunity being granted by this Court for the petitioner to surrender, the petitioner has not surrendered. Therefore, the petition prayed for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
