The petitioner filed a proceedings in O.P.No.3148 of 2010 before the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, praying for a decree under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Since the matter was delayed, the petitioner has come up with this petition to fix an outer time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in O.P.No.3148 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
