O.P.No. 237 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities of K.Balaji, who died intestate on 19.05.2021.

2. The first petitioner is his wife and the second and third petitioners are his daughter and son. The details of the securities have been given in the schedule to the petition.

3. Publication had been effected. The third petitioner examined himself as PW-1 and the death certificate of K.Balaji was marked as Ex.P-1 and the legal heirship certificate was marked as Ex.P-2. The documents relating to the holdings were marked as Ex.P-3.

4. In view of the evidence presented, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive interest, dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule hereunder is issued. The petitioners are directed to render accounts once in a year.
