O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for committing gross contempt of this Court by disobeying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.11366 of 2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 20/4/2015.

2. The Collector of Thiruvarur District is present and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that with regard to the alleged suppression of material fact on the part of the fourth respondent in the writ petition, necessary steps have been taken to lodge the Police complaint and he has produced a letter dated 7/4/2016 of the Inspector of Police, Tiruvarur District, wherein it has been stated that after getting necessary permission from the jurisdictional Magistrate, First Information Report will be registered against the fourth respondent in the said writ petition.

3. In the light of the said development, Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioner is also at liberty to work out his further remedies in accordance with law.
