ORDER

Seeking police protection to his agriculture land, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and one Anwar R.Adam, and the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.05.2017 to the respondents seeking to provide police protection to his agricultural land, subsequent to the conduct of the said person in trespassing into his land, along with some henchmen. Learned counsel submitted that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the aforesaid representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation dated 15.05.2017 submitted by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
