This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the revision against the judgment passed in C.A.No.11 of 2018, dated 18.09.2019 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 89 days in filing the revision in Crl.RC.SR.No. 9510 of 2022 is condoned.
